  1. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  4. No Returns or Exchanges on Delivery

    To maintain quality and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges at the time of delivery. Please verify your items upon receipt and ensure the parcel is as expected.

  5. Open Parcel with Caution

    We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel to serve as proof in case of any discrepancies such as damaged or missing items. Claims for damaged or missing items without video evidence may not be entertained.

  6. Undeliverable Packages

    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.
